WOBURN - A Lynn man who allegedly stabbed a Woburn man during a brawl at a Winn Street home last month was ordered held on $5,000 bail, during an arraignment this morning in Middlesex Superior Court in Cambridge

Julio C. Sosa, 18, is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily harm, two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, home invasion, armed assault in a dwelling, carrying a dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property.

Prosecutors originally asked for $25,000 bail, which was reduced to $5,000 by Middlesex Judge Peter Lauriat.

Sosa is due next in court on April 12, according to Middlesex District Attorney spokesman Emily LaGrassa.

Sosa was indicted by a grand jury on Tuesday and arrested at his place of employment in Somerville on Wednesday. He was booked at Woburn Police Headquarters and turned over to officers with the Middlesex Sheriff's department.

Sosa allegedly stabbed a 28-year-old Woburn man at a party at 123-125 Winn St.

A total of four people were hurt, though none as badly as the Woburn man, who was released from a Boston hospital several days after he was stabbed at least three times in the back.

A Woburn police detective said this morning another arrest may be forthcoming, as the investigation continues.

According to police reports, the fight at 123-125 Winn St. broke out shortly after midnight on Feb. 6, about an hour after the Lynn man and some acquaintances arrived at the house party.

Police received numerous reports of gunshots and arrived to find a chaotic scene with people outside the residence.

Woburn police Sgt. John O'Neil found the 28-year-old Woburn man face down on a floor, with a "large amount of blood" seeping from three stab wounds to his back.

Woburn detectives Timothy Donovan and Elizabeth Higgins, along with officer Anthony Imperioso and Somerville patrolman Michael Brown made the arrest, which was logged at 12:35 p.m. on Wednesday.
