AFTER CREWS CLEANED THE SCHELZI POOL this week, Recreation Department officials noted the North Woburn pool is back open to the public as of this morning. The service company contracted to conduct the clean-up gave the green light after cleaning it and testing the water. While vandals littered the area either late Friday or early Saturday, structural damage was reportedly minimal after the clean-up was completed.

THE WOBURN REDEVELOPMENT AUTHOR-ITY is committed to their Strategic Plan - a road map for their many projects. BRUCE WILLIS and the crews from "Surrogates" are apparently winding down their efforts on Cabot Road in Woburn. Willis, according to reports, has left for other areas. A Hollywood studio was set up on Cabot Road off Commerce Way in the northeast corner of Woburn with little activity to the naked eye over the filming these last several months. According to city officials, production costs were $45,000 per hour, so schedules were watched tightly.
